Good but has some bugs

The program is great and would be one of the best I have already tested if it had not some bugs.

The two bugs that bother me the most are:

1) Does not keep the folders created. All the time I open the program I have to create all the folders again.
2) Some times when I close the PDF file the program brings an error and I lose all my annotations.

That program needs an update urgently.
