The program is great and would be one of the best I have already tested if it had not some bugs. The two bugs that bother me the most are: 1) Does not keep the folders created. All the time I open the program I have to create all the folders again. 2) Some times when I close the PDF file the program brings an error and I lose all my annotations. That program needs an update urgently.
App is crashing several times a day. Many functions are not working, like saving anntotations. With some documents the app is freezing and crashes always. Restoreing the purchase is not possible as promised. Support site is not curated and nobodies answeres. Looks like lost money. Urgently recommended: Bad Buy!

Line and Freehand not working
No longer able to edit the titles after bookmarking a page or annotated words. Hopefully the developers could fix this soon, I’ve bought the full pro version because the fact that the way everything displayed was easy and smooth but now I’m disappointed that it’s no longer compatible with my 2013 Macbook Pro with OS X Yosemite. UPDATE PLEASE! Ill rate 5 stars if it works as it’s described.
I was reading a pdf, and made lots of notes by your product. At the begining, everything went fine, however, NOW, at 01:46 am, it just did a FLASH BACK. I thought, well, it does’t matter, I saved my pdf several times. Losing several notes does not kill me. BUT When I open it again, WHAT THE HECK, THERE IS NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your product cannot save my pdf, why DON’T you just TELL ME???????!!!!!!!!!! Now!!! ALL the WORK was a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY, REALLY, REALLY HATE this BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t usually write a review, but I believe this is a significant thing to let you know. You charge me money for this application, then you just make me sssssssssoooooooooo sad and ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely rubbish!
It doesn’t save the pdf annotations! The interface is unintuitive and uninspiring. What’s the point at all? A total waste of money.
I just purchased the PDF Reader X Pro because of the limit to the number of annotations on the free version, but now, MY ANNOTATIONS ARE NOT SAVED! I lose them every time I close and reopen the app! THIS IS INEXPLICABLY FRUSTRATING! Please either fix this problem immediately or reimburse me for my money! Im working on my dissertation and already wasted precious time reading and underlining articles ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY WERE NOT SAVED! (I use a 2013 Macbook Air with OS X Yosemite)

that in order to get more labels on the page, I buy this one, but when I bought this one, the orginal labels are all disappear!! I got angry about that!
Most of my study materals are in PDF format and this PDF reader has been a great fit, the annotation toolbox is easy to figure out and use, it scrolls large documents smoothly and clearly and the interface is much more clean and streamlined than Adobe Reader.
Downloaded this for taking notes in class and loved it. Easier and smoother to use than any other PDF reader I have used so far. Only problem with it so far is that since updating to OS X Yosemite, the program closes anytime I try to open a file. Pther than that, the program is great. Hopefully this issue gets fixed before Yosemite get fully released though.
Good app, but preferred how non-Pro highlighted, over Pro. Wouldn’t have noticed had I not used it before, but does affect my view of the app, since that is primarily what I use.
O.k, so I saved my writing three times, without anything selected, but nothing saved. This has happened ike 40 times before, and I have had this problem too much. Also, sometimes when I try to draw a circle or square, the program crashes and deletes all the data. Work on it PLZ!! Other than that it’s great. :/ Probably worth the 15$ though. its certainly the cheapest Ive seen.
problems with Yosemite
It works well except after updating to Yosemite, it quits automatically when closing a tab. Hope fixed quicker.
The Saving issue. Very AWEFUL !!
It does not Save properly. I would change it to 5 stars. if the developer fixed that issue . (Yosemite interface)!!!
The shortcut keys for editing are not conveniently arranged, and if the developer can improve to set personal shortcut keys that will be great. Sometimes the app will shut down specifically when opening certain pdfs. But most of the time, it is a great app for reading.
